Season 2 Update

After an incredibly successful Season 1, which ran from January to July 2021 and produced over two-hundred clips from over a dozen interviews with Filipino-American nurses, SPARKJustly is back with Season 2! Throughout the fall and winter we will be interviewing nurses to record their oral histories and share their perspective on important and timely issues from COVID-19 and diversity to nursing education, immigration, and diversity and inclusion. This time around, we’re also expanding our reach abroad to survey Filipino nurses working around the world, from Saudi Arabia to Canada to New Zealand and more. This international perspective will enrich the SPARKJustly project and shed light on the different experiences of nurses in the global Filipino diaspora. We hope that you enjoy and learn from these nurses’ stories!
